Battlefield 3 shows off again with vehicular combat
DICE and Electronic Arts have released a gameplay trailer for Armored Kill, the next upcoming DLC pack for Battlefield 3, showcasing the snow-capped Alborz Mountain as well as the open terrain found in the Bandar Desert, the “largest map in Battlefield history”.
The DLC features 5 new drivable vehicles including mobile artillery, tanks, ATV’s and a new gunship complete with over 20 vehicle specific unlocks, as well as a brand new mode to the Battlefield franchise, called Tank Superiority, where heavy vehicles clash in order to control key areas of the map.
Battlefield 3: Armored Kill will be released in September with premium members getting two weeks early access. Further down the line we still have Battlefield 3: Aftermath coming in December, and Battlefield 3: End Game March next year.
