What is Half-Life TooLz?
Half-Life Toolz now contains several programs in one.
Config Tweaker: optimize your FPS and ping with over 50 options !
Model Enhancer: part of the FPS tweaking consists of changing player and/or weapon models. I have combined all fps enhancing models there are and made simple installers for them, then I combined them all in one program!
With the Config Tweaker you can:
Improve your FPS [Frames Per Second] by up to 300%*
Lowers your ping by optimizing settings based on your input
Improves Graphics, determine your own texture settings
Set all kinds of options you didn't know about, like MORE BLOOD!

Bug fix/Enhancement list:
- STEAM COMPATIBILITY FIXED (now 100% compatible)
- Ping optimizer greatly enhanced (cvar values)
- Ping optimizer now has extra methods of finding speeds
- Ping optimizer has an easier way of inserting speeds
- Reorganisation of the programme
