Movie:
Otis is ready for Prom Night. He's got his nice costume on, cleaned up his convertible, and he's got a girl in the basement he calls Kim to make it easy for himself.

Unfortunately, "Kim" decides to not play along which results in her sudden death. Luckily, Otis, who is a pizza delivery man, comes by the house of the Lawson family who's daughter Riley quickly becomes his next "Kim" after he's abducted her.

Meanwhile, the Lawson's are helped by the incredibly annoying FBI agent Hotchkiss in trying to find Riley back.

By the time Riley manages to escape Otis by herself, the Lawson's have decided to take justice in their own hand and teach Otis a lesson he won't soon forget...
 
Sound and Vision:
The image is good with decent contrast and hardly any compression errors or grain. However, everything looks very artificial making this movie look more like a stage play than an actual movie due to the fact that it's so obvious that everything's shot in a studio. This really does tamper with the viewing experience and a budget that's a bit higher might have fixed that.

The sound does its job nicely with good use of the surround speakers during the scenes where Otis plays rock tracks and you really feel the sound pounding out of all channels.

Conclusion:
Otis Uncut is the latest movie to arrive on Warner's low budget Raw Feed horror label and it's also the worst we've seen yet.

The previous dvd's from Raw Feed were also low budget but did have some effects that looked great and they managed to do some amazing things. Not Otis though, this film looks artificial from the very first minute and it never stops.

The acting is reasonable but the dialogues (although intended funny) sound stupid and lack decent comedy. We've seen funnier horror comedy in even cheaper B-movies.

Otis Uncut may interest you for the 96 minutes it takes to watch, but it's a movie that's quickly forgotten and will likely end up in your closet to never be taken out again.
