SpellForce 2: Shadow Wars

Daughter of the renegade Dark Elf General Craig Un'Shallach and raised to the ways of his people, Shadowsong barely remembers her human mother. She treasures the faint memories of the songs her mother sang to her when she was a child. These songs inspired her to become a bard – a profession no Dark Elf has ever chosen before. In her younger years she spent most of the time adventuring, pursuing lost lore or looking for the whereabouts of her father, who was an adventurer himself and often spent months away from their home.

As the only heir of the legendary Norcaine Dracon and moreover as half-blood female Dark Elf, she finds herself in the constant need to prove herself in the eyes of her people, her merits being compared against the legendary status of her father. In a world dominated by a male culture enshrining combat, she struggles to represent the essence of the Norcaine, to whom war is art and battle is poetry.
