$100 rebate on X360
No, Microsoft isn't chopping $100 off their Xbox360 and it isn't even available everywhere. In fact, Gamespot is reporting that retail chain Micro Center (US only - about 19 shops) has started a mail-in rebate program where you get a $100 discount on any Xbox360 bought at their stores
If this retailer can do it, you can imagine others can do the same... but they won't as they want... PROFIT! (*end Ferengi-like voicing*)
According to the retailer's Web site, any customer who purchases an Xbox 360 (premium or core version) between last Sunday, November 12, and December 3, can fill out a form to knock a Benjamin off the price of next-gen admission. The systems are not being sold on the company's Web site at the moment.
If this retailer can do it, you can imagine others can do the same... but they won't as they want... PROFIT! (*end Ferengi-like voicing*)
