100% tax on games ?

1Up is reporting that Star Locke, gubernatorial candidate in the state of Texas, wants to have a 100% tax raised on violent videogames

"[a] This COMMISSION shall levy a 100% of price sales cost tax for the sale on all item listed below: 1 . any video game containing any form of human violence."

Texas elections are in March, I hope for their sake that gamers all around there start voting against this guy
