12 hour game-a-thon fatal for Russian boy
A Russian boy in Jekaterinaburg has died after twelve hours of non-stop gaming. His parents had allowed the boy to visit the local arcade because of his good grades. The owner of the arcade stated that the boy just collapsed after twelve hours of play.
When the boy arrived in the hospital, doctors assessed his situation as severely critical. He had suffered a epileptic seizure. The boy did not even recognize his parents. After seven days in the hospital, the boy died.
Yet another dark day for Russia and the gamesindustry.

Well I would like to think that any normal/semi-healthy person could live after 12 hours of gaming. Why? because Ive seen many people do that and much more with out any problems. Unless of course there are other more stressful forces or medical conditions present. Also it doesnt specificly say standing, alot of arcades do have chairs and stools.
