2K Games returns to American Football
Gamespot has word that 2K Games have decided to step into the arena with Electronic Arts again and compete with the latter's Madden series by releasing All-Pro Football 2K8 on "next-gen consoles" this Summer
One small problem for a Madden competitor, however, is that EA has exclusive rights for NFL, NCAA Football and the Arena Football League so the question remains: how will 2K Games fill their rosters and make the game interesting?
"Football gamers have been awaiting the return of the 2K series," said Visual Concepts president Greg Thomas. "All-Pro Football 2K8 will deliver an authentic next generation gridiron experience and we are happy to give fans another choice in the football category."
