2K Sports in trouble?

Take2's Q4 financials were less than expected and it seems 2K Sports may be facing some hard decisions as a result.
Take-Two expects to post a loss of $137.9 million this year which is largely due to bad performance of the 2K Sports baseball games and in the list of planned games, suddenly NHL 2K11 was nowhere to be found anymore. When asked about it, a PR representative had the following to say:
The last two years, 2K Sports' NHL titles have been outsold by a large margin by EA's NHL games and the MLB series got outsold by Sony's MLB The Show. The only sports title that seems to keep hanging in there is NBA 2Kxx.
So, with CEO Strauss Zelnick's earlier comment “the safest place to be is in triple-A” it sounds like the publisher may be ditching the 2K Sports brand altogether.

We are currently in the process of evaluating our sports portfolio and have not announced any new NHL titles at this time
