Kotaku has dropped their eyes on the Gamestop webstore which indicates that Microsoft will be offering first party flash drives for their recently announced USB Memory Stick support.

Just like with their harddrives and seperate Memory Units (both are getting phased out btw) the pricing seems to be a bit on the high end with an 8GB stick costing $40, while the 16GB will be yours for $70. That's almost double the price of a standard USB stick.

As Microsoft still hasn't made any official announcement, we can still see this as a rumour but chances are high this is what the pricing will be.
