George Broussard is one of those game industry big shots who tweets about his life and every now and then it produces some interesting information.

Apparently, 3D Realms reached a development milestone and has only 71 of the 800 to 900 tasks to complete. No mention of Duke Nukem Forever is made but it's probably what this is all about.

If they continue to work at this pace, DNF will be finished within the year :)

Too much rumour and sceptical talk about this dam game, i want it to be amazing just as much as the next guy with fond memories on Duke Nukem 3D but i fear as allways is the case with games so shrouded in secrecy and so long in development that it will average at best and just come and go without even getting noticed, but heres hoping its the dogs lobbocks when it comes out, fingers crossed but just being realistic.
