Rumours floating on the internet have been proclaiming that 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand has been cancelled due to Swordfish Studios having closed down thanks to Activision and Vivendi merging together.

However, now sources close to the dev studio are saying something differently: the game is still being developed and even near completion. If all goes well a release before Christmas is very likely.

If the studio is rushing to get the game out the door before getting shot down by Activision-Blizzard, I wonder how many bugs will remain present and how "good" support will be.
