80GB version PS3 confirmed

There have been rumours already, but now it's official: Sony will soon release a 80GB version of the PS3. For now the console will only come out in... South Korea. More space is also the only difference between the 80GB and the 60GB:

"The chassis of the 80GB Korean PlayStation 3 is identical to the chassis of the European version. The only exception is the larger hard drive."

A spokesman of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe told that there are no plans to bring this 80 GB PS3 to Europe:

"At this moment in time, there are no plans to introduce the 80GB version of PlayStation 3 in Europe."
