During a conference call to discuss Ubisoft's results, CEO Yves Guillemot stated that we'll be seeing more Assassin's Creed in the years to come.

The first one was a good tryout, but still wasnt all that considdering the entire package. Im hoping a sequel will be "spot-on"... *crosses fingers*

Yea, overall a very high quality game. The one thing that kind of bugged me through out the game though was that the background NPCs had an extremely limited bank of phrases. It was not uncommon to hear the same NPC say the same thing 3 times in 20 seconds. With games like Half Life 2, who's NPCs have about an hour's worth of dialog in them this is a bit of a let down.

This and a few other small but noticeable weaknesses keep this game from being perfect.

If I remeber right, the end of the game kind of hints that the next one will involve Japan or some other far east country.
