A new turn for WWII

ACHTUNG !!!
Codemasters let us know their is a small change of title for a game they are currently working hard on. Are you ready for it? Here it comes... the old title of 'Fall of Liberty' gets the preposition 'Turning point'.

Together that makes... all together now... Turning Point: Fall of Liberty !

A short reminder of what the game is about: imagine that Churchill would have been death by the time the Second World War started. So that England would be conquered and Hitler chose to invade the south coast of the US in the beginning of the fifties.

Well... let's be honest with each other... take a look at the screenshot in the upper right corner. Nazi's patrolling in and around The White House... it's not that difficult to picture it, is it? :)

It's nice to see that people think that Churchil won the war. Or the 'western forces'. I was under the impression that this was a world war and not US+UK vs NAZIS. Oh well... still only a game I guess.

I had a discussopm with a friend who got very angry when I said that D-Day was perfomed becouse Soviets needed tp be stopped rather then to defeat Germans. Whole world knew that nazis were spanked and Stalingrad and were falling back towards Berlin and Soviets were just interessted in getting to Berlin in shortest possible time. He claimed that USA has won the world war for the world and that Germans would have reigned over us if Yanks didn't help out. To be honest he was technicaly brilliant but history and world politics seem to be an enigma for his scientific brain...

Anyway... games like this don't really help keeping us safe from the future mistakes.

But I will play it if it's good fun :)
