On PC the release has been pushed back to December 2nd, while on X360 and PS3 you'll be able to check it out as of November 15th.

A local Facebook page from Ubisoft Entertainment has also confirmed the delay.

Ubisoft also do it because they make god awful console to PC ports. If they released the PC version at the same time as the consoles, the reviews of the PC port would hurt sales on the consoles. Ubisoft actually just need to stop making games for the PC, as they just hurt the PC market with their DRM's and bad ports.
