Activision sued for overtime
1Up has word that Electronic Arts isn't the only games company anymore to get sued for unpaid overtime.
Activision apparently hasn't paid graphics employees for any overtime they've done and things have gotten so out of hand that they've decided to sue the publisher
Law firm Shapiro Haber & Urmy LLP of Boston who've also done the EA suit, are handling this one and are also working on a similar case against Sony.
Guess we'll be seeing more of these in the nearby future unless things in the gaming industry change...

The Erimez v. Activision, Inc. suit alleges the publisher did not compensate Computer Graphics employees properly for working "many overtime hours to produce Activision's profitable videogames." The studio is responsible for producing modeling, texturing, lighting and animations for a number of Activision games.
