Alan Wake spoilers are fake

A Remedy Entertainment employee has stated on the official forum they are complete nonsense:
“Yeah, upon further reflection, I’m just gonna come right out and say that it’s bull, plain and simple. The guy who came up with this totally awe-inspiring blow against I-don’t-even-know-what doesn’t know anything. Don’t worry about it, dude’s talking out of his ass.”
It seems to have become a hype: ruining games by putting the ending on the internet. Heavy Rain suffered from it earlier on already as well. Whether you can have fun with such behaviour is unclear, but we tend to prefer finding out the storylines and plot twists ourselves. After all, that's what makes a singleplayer game fun.Alan Wake will arrive exclusively on Xbox360 May 21st.
