Besides spawning Spore, the game that couldn't really come through on it's promise, Will Wright is also the man behind that immensely popular franchise The Sims. After releasing add-on after add-on for the second installment The Sims 2, the series was slated to also receive a third installment, The Sims 3.

To shed some more light on what can be expected in this upcoming new game, Electronic Arts has released a 30 questions Q&A. The full list of which can be found over at Kotaku. It would appear though the 30 questions are in reality 24 questions. In any case, the answers teach us a good deal about the life simulator, amongst others that it won't be backwards compatible with previous The Sims characters and families.
