Alone in the Dark website online

Good news for all the fans of horrorgames. Atari just launched the complete website of Alone in the Dark. This franchise was the first horror game and later on games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill followed in its footsteps. Sadly, AitD became forgotten these last years, but Eden Studios is trying to rectify this situation.

The whole game will be played on one location, namely Central Park in New York. Besides a launch for PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, it will also launch for the Playstation 2 and Wii. The game is expected to launch in the fiscal year of 2007, which ends on March 31. You can find the link to the website here.

The current release date is financial year 2007 - which, for Atari, ends on 31st March 2008. There isn't a set date as yet, the game looks pretty cool and in a very good shape as of the last version I've seen (beginning of Dec), so all very very promising ;)
