Another delay: Dark Void
Capcom has sent out word that they're delaying the release of Dark Void in order to "move it out of the crowded Fall season"
This is what Capcom told Kotaku:
Splinter Cell: Conviction, Bioshock 2, Singularity, Bayonetta, Red Steel 2, Mafia II, Red Dead Redemption, God of War 3, Heavy Rain, MAG, Darksiders, Aliens vs. Predator, Alan Wake, Dante's Inferno, Mass Effect 2, Sin & Punishment 2, White Knight Chronicles, Split/Second.
Not to forget Capcom's own Dead Rising 2 and Lost Planet 2
Meanwhile, it seems this supposedly crowded Fall season is getting completely dominated by Halo 3: ODST. Is everyone afraid of HALO these days?
This is what Capcom told Kotaku:
Dark Void is moving into Capcom's fiscal Q4 in order to get the game out of the crowded fall game season and to allow the development team more time to polish and enhance the game experience.
So Dark Void is moving outside the (not so) "crowded" (anymore) Fall season to move into the period between January and March 2010. A period that seems to become the best ever in gaming history with, amongst others, following titles: Splinter Cell: Conviction, Bioshock 2, Singularity, Bayonetta, Red Steel 2, Mafia II, Red Dead Redemption, God of War 3, Heavy Rain, MAG, Darksiders, Aliens vs. Predator, Alan Wake, Dante's Inferno, Mass Effect 2, Sin & Punishment 2, White Knight Chronicles, Split/Second.
