Another dev fleeing from Digital Jesters

Now, Kylotonn, devs of Bet on Soldier, have contacted us with word that they also have terminated their agreement with DJ.
I am the C.E.O of RVP-Kylotonn Entertainment, a development studio based in Paris, France. We would like to announce that Digital Jesters has committed a series of breaches of contract and that we have terminated the agreement with them today. We think that we must keep the gamer community informed about it.
The official press release states that the intellectual property of Bet on Soldier remains with Kylotonn and that they will shortly arrange a deal to get the game further published and distributed in the US and UK
I'm getting the feeling something really smells at Digital Jesters... oh wait! It might be that Crazy Frog that's still with them!
