Another patent lawsuit for Sony & Nintendo
It's like there's tons of companies in the US that live from filing lawsuits for patent infringements.
Plano, Texas-based Wall Wireless LLC has filed a lawsuit against Sony, Nintendo and Nokia for violating some patent regarding... wireless connectivity!!! Like... WTF?
Apparently all three companies were notified of the patent infringement last October but decided not to respond. I doubt I would have if I were in their shoes.
Anyway, seeing how easy it seems to be to get a patent by describing the most common stuff nicely, I think I should start filing for patents as well and make it my fulltime job to file lawsuits against multinationals.

Wall Wireless LLC is suing Sony, Nintendo, Nokia and related companies including Sony Computer Entertainment America and Nintendo of America for allegedly infringing upon U.S. patent 6,640,086, named "Method and Apparatus for Creating and Distributing Real-Time Interactive Media Content Through Wireless Communication Networks and the Internet."
The patent in question talks about "to methods and systems that allow an operator to distribute messages having aural or visual content that is generated by the operator using handheld apparatuses such as mobile telephones".Apparently all three companies were notified of the patent infringement last October but decided not to respond.
