Apps Store for PSP Go at GamesCom?

The "apps" are supposed to have a maximum size limit of 100MB and to make this easier, Sony is hard at work:
We are making a concerted push towards expanding the content available on the Store, particularly with the demand for digital content that will spike when the PSP Go launches this fall.
The price of the devkits recently were dropped by Sony which should make it a bit more appealing. Let's look what will happen at GamesCom.In other news:
