Arkane Studios' The Crossing revealed

The latest 1Up-show has revealed a new FPS title from Arkane Studios, the creators of Dark Messiah of Might & Magic and Arx Fatalis. The Crossing will be a "crossplayer" FPS, combining singleplayer and multiplayer into one whole (whatever that might mean).
You can catch a glimpse of the title in a short trailer at Gamevideos. You'll have to endure the sight of 1Up employees (looking way too cool for their own good) talking out of their heads but the trailer itself, while short, does seem to be "intriguing". It shows a nice looking city, a wandering soccer ball, some revolver shooting and a white skinned ninja-lady(?) jumping from a roof on top of an unlucky fellow. Truly wicked...
The Crossing runs on the Source engine and will get more coverage in the Games for Windows magazine, pka Computer Gaming World. What probably means it's at least coming out for PC.
