This time it's up to the Penguin to make his appearance:
"Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today released the new trailer for Batman: Arkham City showcasing the scheming villain in his role as the black market racketeer of Arkham. The foul fiend brings his criminal and financial genius, hand-to-hand expertise, treacherous toys and his feathered friends into the walled streets of Arkham City, with the sole aspiration of ridding the world of the Dark Knight."
Moments after the trailer was released, Entertainment Weekly also got confirmation that Stana Katic, is best known for playing Detective Kate Beckett in the TV series Castle, will also be preesnt in the game as the voice for Talia Al Ghul, the "frequently conflicted daughter of Ra’s al Ghul".
For those who don't know: Talia is actually a competitor for Catwoman when it comes to Batman and love interests. Talia even gave birth to Batman's son, Damian Wayne, and at some point has been married to the Dark Knight. Whether this will be tackled in the game isn't known at this point.
