Audiosurf now available on Steam
Games based on music and rhythm are hot nowadays. Think of Patapon, Guitar Hero and Rock Band for instance. Indie developer Dylan Fitterer believes this too and made Audiosurf, a kind of combination of rhythm, music and racing.
What's nice about this racer, that is now downloadable on Steam, is that you have to use your own tracks. You choose an MP3 and the game creates a route that takes into account the rhythm and pace of the game. That way you'll always have something new to play!
Valve liked the idea, and provided for free the complete soundtrack of The Orange Box, "Still Alive" of Jonathan Coulton included.
