GameShadow is a handy tool for everyone who wants to easily update his/her games. No more searching on some obscure website for some patch, but everything comes in straight through one program. Graphical drivers can also be easily updated with GameShadow.

This service worked on a payed subscription model until recently. The developers have moved to a full free service. There is an optional premium part too, which removes advertisements and grants a 30GB monthly download limit of demo's etc.. More details can be found on the official site of GameShadow. The program itself is only a small download of 11MB.

Not every PC game is supported but still, the list is quite big and you'll find most recent games in it. Like Battlefield 2 yeah, although the patches for that game keep on messing things up more than fixing them.
