BAM! to go state of emergency

Gamespydaily is reporting that BAM! Entertainment will acquire Scottish devhouse VIS Entertainment and SOE Development Unlimited (creators of State of Emergency).
The strange thing is that BAM! Entertainment has been threatened to have their stocks delisted from Nasdaq which isn't a sign of good health...
