Battlefield 1943 over 29 years of gameplay, fourth map near

Publisher Electronic Arts sent out word that last Wednesday over five million kills were recorded in their latest game in the battlefield series. This totals in over 29 years of Battlefield 1943 gameplay when adding up the numbers.

When checking out the current counter status on the official site it looks as though the Xbox 360 owners are going to win the Coral-Sea challenge which started last friday.

This challenge will open up the fourth map, called Coral-Sea, once 43 million kills are recorded on a certain platform. Currenly, the Xbox 360 community has just surpassed the 28 million kills while the PS3 counterpart is somewhere past 15 million kills.
