Battlefield 2142 patch (1.40) local

Especially for Fragland visitor sn|p3r, we put the non-incremental 1.40 patch of Battlefield 2142 locally. It's not new, but apparently fast / free / anonymous / very good and fun mirrors are hard to find. ;)

Hi Can some one please help me I have battlefield 2142 and I been playing for a year with out problems now I downloaded the new patch 1.4 and my game has so much lag that I can't even play the game and my ping jumps form 98 to 340 really quick. I have alot of ram and I checked my punk buster it's up to date. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still has lag what can I do? Remind you every thing was working fine until I installed the new patch from EA.

I have the exact same problem, I just reformated my computer from Windows XP to Vista and while i was doing that, they released the 1.5 patch and now my ping jumps from 60 to 250 resulting me getting kicked all the bloody time.. I didnt have any problems before and i dont think its Vista causing it.. help please.
