Bethesda gets its Prey
Prey 2 publisher: Bethesda!?
The original game was published by 2K Games and developed by Human Head but the trademark on the name itself was owned by Scott Miller's Radar Group. In July, it was then transferred to Zenimax who have filed new trademarks here and here since then.
So, in short: Scott Miller (3D Realms) moves Prey from his company Apogee Software Ltd to his other company, Radar Group, to afterwards "give" it to Zenimax who own Bethesda and id Software.
Anyone who believes this doesn't have anything to do with the problems between 3D Realms and Take2?
And those that hope for id Software making Prey 2, please raise your hands! :)
