Bioshock 2 magazine cover looks creepy yet familiar

Yep, the hype machine has really started on this one and it seems that there are some answers on some speculation to be found by looking just at the cover.
Earlier in the week, some rumours about Big Sister enemies started and it seems that they were not based upon make belief. The Big Sister baddies look like slimmer, yet equally creepy, versions of the Big Daddy opponents we all still vividly remember from the first game.
Furthermore the cover is also hinting at a return to Rapture, the underwater city from Bioshock.
