they're the founders of blizzard north, which is only responsible for the diablo franchise. thus, the starcraft and warcraft franchises will not be affected in any way

the word founder doesnt really mean they have big influence into the game development? :S do these guys work on the games theirselves?

Insanity: untrue. Bill Roper is the vice-president of Blizzard (Blizzard South as well as Blizzard North) and all 4 of them play a large role in every aspect of Blizzard. They have always been game designers. They have helped designing all Blizzard's games, including Warcraft/Starcraft. I expect a lot of key Blizzard employees to follow them to their new company.

Nope Insanity. That's bullshit. To start with: there has always been cooperation between the 2 Blizzard offices (North and South): they test each others' games and comment on them. Certainly the big guys at each office communicated a lot. Also, Bill Roper is not someone from Blizzard North... he's one of the most important persons in Blizzard as a whole, and HAS helped design both Diablo and Warcraft. frankly, I rely more on info from blizzard themselves than an article by gamespot.

i dont lose my trust in blizzard. They should have have exp. enough now to create new products of the same quality without those guys!!!
