"Borderlands to get GOTY edition, just not for PS3"
For those of you that don't remember anymore, just check up on the news posts for this game going from engine and art direction changes over a sub-par PC port to overpriced DLC.
Now retailer GameStop is listing a GOTY edition for the game which has not yet been announced by 2K Games or Gearbox Software. All is well up to this point because the game did snag some GOTY awards left and right but our beloved Playstation 3 is nowhere to be found in the platform list.
Does 2K Games really have the stones to stuff another fan base for the game after many PC gamers threw the towel into the ring after the first disastrous bug reports for their platform were in and all of the offered PC extras were nowhere to be found?
Gamers with a 360 or PC wanting some GOTY Borderlands action, the release date is pinned at September 7 of this year.
