Last week I reported the demise of Brash Entertainment after their first few games got trashed in reviews, didn't deliver in retail and made some co-founder resign stating 'quality issues'.

Since they ran out of funds a few months back and Brash stopped paying its developers, it was only a matter of time before those same developers would want to see (part of) their cash.

Variety now reports that 7 Studios, based in L.A., filed a lawsuit demanding $468,000 for "9", an adaptation of Tim Burton's latest animation. Zootfly, a Slovenian developer, has done the same for their work on Brash' Prison Break game. They are demanding a whopping $748,000.
