Built-in wallhack in Counter-Strike: Source

Over at Nofrag is a screenshot that clearly shows the wallhack that apparantly is built right into Counter-Strike: Source.
Personally, I find it strange and rather stupid to have an obvious cheat built-in in the engine...

Server has to be running cl_cheats 1 then you can type it in otherwise they wont work. you get several little hacks

there's no such command as: cl_cheats 1.. (I dont know for sure)
but there is sv_cheats 1 (1= on, 0= off)
