Bulletstorm will no doubt offer some counterweight to the seriousness of games like Crysis 2 and Killzone 3 (although you can wonder how serious a game with a number behind its name can be), at least, the combination of People Can Fly with Epic is supposed to guarantee that.

Instead of a big story the game focuses on creatively killing opponents, in singleplayer and for instance in the Echo mode where getting a top score is central.
