C&C Tiberium Wars in the picture again

Posted on Tuesday, 16 January 2007 by Devilke, source: Fragland
Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars will be an old-skool, super fast RTS, which will offer us a new interface, lots of handy renewals, new units and a third species. As you probably know by now, they won't come from this planet. To make that clear, we have five new screenshots for you:

I smell Generals 2. Looks like it, and typical of EA to post 'Nice' screens. I've seen other REAL in-game ones, and they look nothing like this of sort. EA, you should have at least kept Westwood as hostage. Or maybe slaves. Then the game might have actually survived a C&C3 title.

To me, this is just as last time; a C&C title with a different style & story, a.k.a Generals.

But sure, I'll buy this game JUST to see it holds promise. They said that they brought in "real" C&C fans. Well, if thats true, then this game can't possible turn out wrong. Could it?

March it is.

Anonymous: If you have read any of the interviews, you would know that EA is moving away from Generals and going back to the C&C roots with Tiberium Wars. That's why they are adding really cool CGI-movies with real actors this time around.
