CDV also drops StarForce copy protection

Publisher CDV has officialy announced they won't make use anymore of StarForce in future games. On the other hand they will make use of TAGES, a less disputed copy protection which according to them meets the needs of the consumer.

Starforce came the last few years (especially) negatively in the news, because the protection would screw up your computer. And now Starforce has just received Microsoft's 'Designed for Windows XP' certification.
