Californian politician wants San Andreas rated Adults Only
Lee is especially hard on the PC-version, which includes sex minigames which can be unlocked with the appropriate mod. The PC-version has a M-rating, which means that everybody under the age of 17 should first have an adult’s (read: parents) permission to play the game.
If Lee has his way, the AO-rating will certainly affect the sales figures of the game. Grand theft Auto: SA was the best selling game of 2004, but many retailers refuse to sell (or stock) AO-rated games.

Still, this isn't a game for kids, but it's the responsibility of the parents to not allow their kids to play it. If they can't even manage this, then their incompetence poses far more of a threat to their children's wellbeing than a computer game!
