Call of Duty 4 10 million sold copies
The folks over at Infinity Ward can open up a huge bottle of champagne, since their Call of Duty 4 sold 10 million copies.
That's what the proud developer announced to News.com. The success is mainly caused by some good X360 sales. According to Infinity Ward, COD4 is one of the few games (less than 10) that has been sold so many times since 2000.
The question is: will COD5 do as well as its modern predecessor? The game will not only be developed by Tryarch, but it will also take place in good ol' World War II, as we've already seen in so many first person shooters.

I'm not excited about Call of Duty 5. So far have not enjoyed Tryarch's pitch at Call of Duty 3.
