Call of Duty goes Collectors' Edition
The limited edition box for the upcoming installment in the Call of Duty series will contain:
- The game itself
- A special World at War branded canteen
- Availability of the FG-42 machinegun from day 1. A gun for which you normally have to spend quite some time to unlock.
- One week where gained XP counts double (which week specifically is still unknown)
- A colored clan tag for multiplayer sessions
- A stylish tin box to stow the aformentioned
The PC gamer will be set back $70 for this edition. The Xbox 360 user's pockets will have to be $10 deeper, as the Collectors' Edition will retail for $80 for him.
For now there is still no news for a PS3 Collectors' Edition.
