Carmack would love Quake 3: Arena for DS

At Quakecon, John Carmack expressed his wish (next to wanting a Wii version of Orcs & Elves) to port Quake 3: Arena to the Nintendo DS.
The game won't contain touch-screen controls to the likes of Metroid Prime Hunters, but rather more simple controls, like Doom on SNES. But in 2.5D, naturally.
