Chris Avellone Interview

There's an interview with Black Isle Studio's Chris Avellone over at RPGHeaven.de about his life, his work... the usual[BLOCK]I discovered my love for CRPGs when I saw my friend, Chris Wright, sitting in front of the computer in his basement, playing Bard’s Tale 2. It was hard enough finding people in the neighborhood to get together for a pen-and-paper role-playing session (and even then, I’d have to gamemaster most of the time), so the idea of doing a dungeon crawl on the computer was instantly appealing – plus, Bard’s Tale was on the Commodore 64 and in color, which was totally new to me after my days with the TSR-80. I watched him play for a few hours, gain experience, buy new weapons, and generally go through the core CRPG routine of becoming more and more bad ass. [/BLOCK]
