Chronicles of Riddick coming to PS2 ?
Gamespot has word that Vin Diesel is looking to get Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay coming to PS2 near the holiday season
In an audio interview posted some weeks ago on movie site ComingSoon.net, actor-turned-game-impresario Vin Diesel slipped in a brief mention that the PlayStation 2 version of Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay is in the works and is being primed for a release this holiday season.
However, the game has always been promoted as an XBox exclusive and when asked whether a PS2-version is being made, a spokes person from Vivendi answer :at this time there are no plans to do Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay on PlayStation 2."
So it seems Vin Diesel and Vivendi might be in for a big fight as Vivendi clearly isn't interested in bringing it to PS2 while Vin Diesel himself is anxious to get the game on multiple platforms.In other news:
