A press release from NCSoft states that the MMOG in which you can take on the role of a superhero, City of Heroes, will be launching in Europe on February 4th this year while the retail price of the game will be set at $39.99

NCsoft is going all out with the City of Heroes Deluxe edition. This expansive release exclusive to European gamers contains many bonus extras including - among other things - all three game content updates (Issues 1-3), a stunning 88-page comic digest, and serial codes to unlock an in-game Prestige Power, unique cape (available for Level 20 characters) and VIP badge.
Since its release in 2004, Cryptic Studios' groundbreaking massively multiplayer online game has swooped in and seized the public's attention like few others. With its non-traditional setting, a first for an MMO title, and its casual-player-friendly structure, City of Heroes has attracted gamers from across the spectrum and won two prestigious Billboard Digital Entertainment Awards.
