LOL! Any game with an original idea can compete with WOW. The problem is that the industry is as inovative as a catholic church during medieval times.

I seriously don't see Infinity Ward making a non-fps game, and a MMO is not their style at all. So Activision would probably get one of the other half-arsed companies ot make it.

There has been numerous games that were innovating but hardly got solled, while games with the same basic sold like hell :) the gamers mind can be something real strange at certain times :)

Still waiting for another game like Planetside to come along.

There would be loads of Marines/Opfor/Spetsnaz/Nazis/American Army/Sas/British Army/Polish/Russian/Italian and all the other armies running around, like in the training or whatever and whatever rank you were would depend on you were in the virtual world. Then there would be loads of Geeks/Nerds turning rebellious against their religion and loads of people, instead of saying WOW, they would say COD instead, which would freak me out so weird I would sit in a corner with my knees tucked up sucking my thumb rocking to and fro. Infinity Ward, if you can hear me, don't make this idea happen. Also, please make an RTS game called Call of Duty Wars
