Dev dudes racing away from Codies?

Codemasters have confirmed that former Swordfish Studios founder and head of Codemasters Birmingham, Trevor Williams, has decided to leave the company.

This comes only days after the executive producer for the DiRT and GRID games, Gavin Raeburn, decided to quit as well.

Gavin Cheshire, VP of Codemasters, had the following to say:

"Since joining Codemasters in late 2008 following the acquisition of Swordfish Studios, it’s been a pleasure to have Trevor on the senior studios team and his contribution has been of great benefit to our Southam, Birmingham and Malaysian studios; we wish him the very best in his future projects,"

Technical director Alex McLean will take over from Williams as head of Codemasters Birmingham.
