Impossible to watch tv or surf for half an hour without bumping into him: Crazy Frog aka The Annoying Thing. I personally blame him for the greenhouse effect, weapons of mass destruction, aids, but especially my recurring headaches. The concept is an incredible success with 'catchy' ringtones and wallpapers for cellphones.

The most irritating character in years is now to get his own game. Artist Erik Wernquist has struck a deal with Wallaroo Licensing to make the concept available for the games market. Interested developers can now apply.

This character definitely has the potential to become a striking success in the electronic entertainment market: After ruling the mobile world and becoming a pop star, (aka „The Annoying thing") the game world is the next logical step for this congenial hero.", says Stefan Heinemann, Licensing Director.

oh wow, just what i want. How bad will this game be? i can just see it now, one of the key launch titles of the 360. Microsoft and 'Crazy Frog' kind of go in hand and hand really, 'crazy', annoying, and often the cause of many headaches.

Too bad it was started from a rip from funnyjunk..
